Shipping Policy

All Kitch Coffee merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our print partner TapStitch.

Processing time
Orders are produced within 1–6 working days before being dispatched.

Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–15 working days. All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your order along the way.

International orders
We ship worldwide, though some countries have restrictions on receiving international packages. Delivery times may vary and could be affected by local holidays, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at james@kitchcoffeemcr.co.uk and we'll get it sorted.
